The finest ‘Arriba‘ cocoa, from small farmers‘ organisations in the rain forests of Ecuador, gives our chocolate a unique taste experience: a distinctive aroma which unfolds its flavour as it melts in the mouth, rounded off with the subtle yet refreshing tartness of cranberries. One of Vavani healthiest products: 70% cocoa (with a high percentage of well-known secondary plant extracts) combined with cranberries, which are a ‘superfruit‘. The cocoa beans come from the small farming cooperatives in the rain forests of Ecuador, the original home of cocoa. All other ingredients are of top quality, too. The vanilla used, for example, is real Bourbon vanilla. They deliberately exclude lecithin, especially soy lecithin*. At Vivani they do not use genetically engineered ingredients. Each sort of chocolate has an elaborate recipe of its own. The manufacturing process has been tuned to maximum conditions (intensive rolling mill treatment, longtime conching). A perfect system of quality assurance guarantees a continuous high standard.
