Delivery & Order information


For UK mainland customers, we offer either our standard delivery or next day (guaranteed). Orders for next day guaranteed delivery must be received before 11am on the day. While we make next day orders an absolute priority WE CANNOT GUARANTEE at this stage that your order will be picked / despatched before our despatch cut-off time.

 The table below gives a breakdown of the carriage charges (if any) applicable to your postcode. Please note the totals shown below are excluding VAT.

Orders and returns


Changes or Cancellations

Whilst we will try our upmost to accommodate changes to an order or cancel your order, in most circumstances this is not possible as we operate a ‘just in time’ pick pack and ship system and chances are the order will have already been shipped.


Missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives incomplete, please allow the following working day for the missing box/s to be redelivered. If you find yourself still waiting at the end of the second working day, please contact us either via email enquiries@premcrest.co.uk or telephone +44 1274 481 481.

Returns procedure

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we operate a no quibble’s returns policy. All we ask please is that you observe the following: 

 

* Ensure the case(s) are sealed and in their original condition.

* Include invoice with the item(s) being returned (stating reason for return).

* Securely re-package the goods in readiness for their return

 

If you would like us to arrange collection, we will do so but please bear in mind that it'll be chargeable (at the rates set by our Logistics partner)...we operate a minimal mark-up policy and the margin does not allow for us to do this at our expense.
