Vivani Organic Superior Dark 70% Cocoa Ecuador Chocolate. The finest „Arriba“cocoa (direct from small farming cooperatives) gives this chocolate its unique taste and a distinctive aroma which unfolds its flavour as it melts in the mouth. The cocoa beans come from the small farming cooperatives in the rain forests of Ecuador, the original home of cocoa. Superior chocolate from Ecuador. A large format bar - its delicately thin shape intensifies the cocoa taste even more! Cocoa varieties are of top quality and are used in an optimum ratio of mixture. All other ingredients are of top quality, too. The vanilla used, for example, is real Bourbon vanilla. They deliberately exclude lecithin, especially soy lecithin*. At Vivani they do not use genetically engineered ingredients. Each sort of chocolate has an elaborate recipe of its own. The manufacturing process has been tuned to maximum conditions (intensive rolling mill treatment, longtime conching). A perfect system of quality assurance guarantees a continuous high standard.
