Our classic Panettone is baked by a family bakery that still operates near the city walls in the Veneto province, opposite the Venice lagoon using a natural yeast sourdough and fresh eggs. Being organic it is entirely natural with no artificial additives or processes: a product that Italians recognise as being similar to home baked.
