The farmers personally walk the fields to remove any grains which may cause cross contamination, ensure the combine is cleaned down after each harvest and test every truck of raw oats which enters and leaves the mill. All of Nairn's gluten free products are baked in a dedicated gluten free bakery and tested to standards approved by Coeliac UK. They all carry the crossed grain logo so you can be sure that they are safe to eat. So, make sure you only choose oats which are clearly labelled as gluten free.
