The Eucalyptus trees present on the coastlines of Galicia arrived from the Antipodean islands in the late 1800s. This eucalyptus, fresh, organic and raw, is only found on the coasts of Galicia, where our Toca apiaries are located. A soft honey with an intense smell. It stands out for its balsamic properties in respiratory conditions.
These organic eucalyptus honeys have an amber color that crystallizes in golden tones. They provide a floral aroma with a touch of wax. The intensity of the aroma is medium and has a short-lasting effect. Its flavor is sweet and slightly acidic.
