Vegan carrot cake mix from Free and Easy. If you love freshly made cake, but are not much of a baker, then Free & Easy's new vegan cake mix range is for you! This tasty carrot cake mix can be used to make sponges, loafs, or cupcakes. Its vegan gluten-free recipe uses coconut blossom sugar, a more natural sugar than other white sugars.
How to make: As the mix already contains a Vegan egg replacer, simply add 140ml water and 115ml water for the vegan recipe.
Ingredients: Coconut Blossom Sugar (47%), Gluten-Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Carrot (6%), Desiccated Coconut, Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Ground Cinnamon, Bicarbonate of Soda, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
