With a blend of cacao, raisin, dates and cashews, this is a delicious and naturally sweet snack to enjoy on the go. Nourishing cacao organic fruit and nut bars, we only use cacao, raisins, dates and cashews blended with agave nectar for a deliciously fruity taste. Cacao is a great way to get the rich decadent taste of chocolate but free from dairy and with lots of extra benefits! It is one of the best sources of magnesium, is high in flavonoids, is a source of iron and is packed with polyflavanols which may increase blood flow to the brain and lower blood pressure.
