Vivani Organic Rice 40% Cocoa (Alternative to Milk) Chocolate. Trendy snack for vegan chocolate lovers as an ideal alternative to common „milk“ chocolates! Instead of milk powder with vegan rice drink powder. Tastes like normal milk chocolate, thus attractive for "non vegans", too. Cocoa varieties are of top quality and are used in an optimum ratio of mixture. All other ingredients are of top quality, too. The vanilla used, for example, is real Bourbon vanilla. They deliberately exclude lecithin, especially soy lecithin*. At Vivani they do not use genetically engineered ingredients. Each sort of chocolate has an elaborate recipe of its own.
