Artisan Grains Tricolour Couscous

Tricolour Couscous is a North African grain made from durum wheat. It is precooked and ready to use. It is a delicately flavoured and colourful alternative to rice, pasta, and potatoes. It is low in fat, making it suitable for weight loss diets. It is quick and easy to prepare and a convenient ingredient. It is rich in carbohydrates, providing essential energy. It does not contain salt or sugar.

How to cook Tricolour Couscous (2 portions):

• Empty 100g (½ pack) Tricolour Couscous into a heatproof bowl.
• Add 130ml of boiling water.
• Stir, cover and leave to stand for 4 minutes.
• Add a little olive oil or butter to taste (optional).
• Stir and separate grains with a fork before serving.

Ingredients: Couscous (100% durum wheat semolina), Tomato Powder, Spinach Powder, natural colouring (Anatto, Chlorophyll).
