'Nabali' is an indigenous Palestinian olive variety also known locally as 'Baladi'. It grows predominantly in the western region and is considered by many experts to produce one of the highest quality olive oils in the world. Our Nabali oil is pressed later in the season and has a fruity flavour. It is the lighter of the two oils with a hint of pepper and a lemony aftertaste. A Fairtrade product.
