Product Description

Caramel is popular but is often perceived to be too sweet. The solution was to make a classic caramel and blend it with cocoa-rich milk chocolate and add a pinch or two of sea salt to cut through the sweetness. It is then filled into a shell made from a darker shade of milk chocolate.
